How can we help?

iPhone won't write the tag

iPhones can't write NFC from a browser. Use the free NFC Tools app: install it, copy your gift link, then in the app choose Write → Add a record → URL → paste, and tap your tag. About 90 seconds.

Android won't write the tag

Make sure NFC is turned on in system settings and you're using Chrome. Hold the tag against the back of the phone and keep it still until it confirms. If a tag fails repeatedly, it may be locked — try a fresh one.

The receiver's phone does nothing

Most phones from the last five years read NFC tags automatically (iPhone XS and later, most Android). Make sure the tag is touched to the phone's NFC area. If it still fails, use the QR code backup inside the card.

I lost the email with my manage link

Use the Find my gift page to get a fresh link sent to your email.

Video won't upload

Videos are limited to 50MB during the test period. Trim or compress it (most phones can do this in the gallery app) and try again.

Can I reuse a tag that already has something on it?

Yes — just write over it. On Android we'll show you what's currently on the tag and ask before overwriting. Note: a tag that has been locked (made read-only by an app) can never be rewritten; use a fresh one.

How do I change my gift after sending it?

From the manage link in your email — edit the content anytime, and the same tag shows the new version instantly. No need to touch the tag again.
