What we collect

• Content you upload: photos, voice recordings, videos, and the letters you write.
• Your email address, used only to deliver publish/manage links and essential service notices.
• Usage events (e.g. page opened, button clicked) with device type, used to improve the product.

How gifts are accessed

Each gift lives at a private, unguessable link. Anyone who has the link can open it — treat it like a physical key. Gift pages are not indexed by search engines.

Retention & deletion

Anonymous drafts are deleted after 7 days. Test-period gifts are kept for 90 days, with email reminders before expiry. After the grace period, media files are deleted and cannot be recovered. You can delete your gift at any time from its manage link.

What we never do

• We never sell your content or data.
• We never use your photos, recordings or letters for advertising or AI training.
• Face photos uploaded for Creative Cards are used only to generate your card — they are never used to train models, and you can delete them anytime from your manage link. If a generation fails after payments open, you get a refund or a free redo — your choice.
