Terms of Service

The service
tapboop lets you create digital gift pages (photos, voice, video, text) and link them to NFC tags or QR codes you own. This is a digital content service — physical NFC tags are not included and must be obtained separately.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload. You must own or have permission to use the content you upload, and must not upload anything unlawful, abusive, or violating others' privacy. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
Hosting & expiry
Test-period gifts are hosted for 90 days. Paid plans (when available) include the hosting period stated at purchase — one-time payment, no auto-renewal. After a grace period of 30 days past expiry, media files are deleted and cannot be recovered. During the hosting and grace periods you can export your content for free at any time.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” during the test period. We work hard to keep gifts online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
